Office Manager / Finance Specialist

Overriding responsibility is to ensure short and long-term success of Waterscape Landscaping.

Essential job duties:

• Effective oversight of financials, business strategies, performance, and risk assessment.

• Ensure business practices are compliant and operating efficiently.

• Perform internal audits. Continual reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.

• Manage payroll and employee/ project tracking system.

• Assist in human resources. Implementing systems for employee benefits, behavior, onboarding new employees etc.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or Business Administration.

• Verifiable skills in internal audits/ reconciliation processes.

• Bilingual (Spanish / English). Written and verbal.

• Must understand Latin American culture to perform HR successfully.

Ideal candidate will be highly organized and analytical with good problem-solving skills. This position will be expected to hit the ground running with very little supervision after initial training.

This is a full-time salary position (M-F). Salary and benefits to be negotiated. Consideration will be given for part time work from home, as needed for special circumstances.
